BigBlueButton (BBB) is a reliable alternative to commercial online meetings systems, offering a solution that meets all your needs and is privacy-compliant. We offer BBB as a fully managed solution and integrate your BBB servers into your existing IT infrastructure.
BigBlueButton doesn’t have to stay hidden from the commercial providers in terms of functionality – quite the opposite! Real-time video conferencing, shared whiteboard, breakout rooms or screen sharing are already included in the basic configuration.
On request: Customized plugins developed in-house ensure that BBB works with Moodle or other LMSs and access is possible via your SSO systems.
We run our BigBlueButton servers on dedicated DELL hardware in an ISO 27001 certified data center in Germany and thus 100% DSGVO compliant. Every day, we back up all data in a physically separate data center, ensuring the best possible availability.

With our BBB solutions, we focus primarily on educational institutions, colleges, and universities. We have been supporting these institutions in matters of digitization for many years.
Our expertise does not stop at hosting BBB servers. Only through the interaction with other systems (e.g. Moodle, Ilias or Opencast) BBB presents its full potential.
Our full-managed BBB servers, with regular updates and monitoring, start at 199,- Euro per month. If you have many simultaneous conferences and meetings, you need a so-called Scalelite cluster, which consists of several servers. We tailor the hardware requirements to your requirements, so that the price can also differ.
Depending on your requirements, costs for integration into existing systems (e.g. Moodle) may be added.

We offer several solutions for the integration of the BBB servers into your existing IT infrastructure.
For example, we can integrate your BBB server with Moodle for courses or exams, configure the servers to use Single Sign-On (SSO), and automatically transfer recordings in other systems.
We have leased capacities in two data centers from Hetzner Online AG, which are geographically separated by 200 km. Thus, we can guarantee the best possible availability.
We largely use open source solutions. We also use Proxmox as a virtualization solution in the hosting area. Only branded hardware from DELL or HPE is used as hardware.
We offer different availability service levels. For our single server, we already guarantee a minimum availability of 99.5% per year. On request, we can increase an availability guarantee of 99.99% per year.
